MILENA SPASIC

Milena Spasic received her MFA from the Academy of Art College San Francisco and BFA from Corcoran College of Art and Design. Her work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions at University of California, District of Columbia Center, Washington Project for the Arts, Capitol Hill Arts Workshop, Maryland House of Delegates, the Embassy of Yugoslavia, Washington Studio School, and Women in Military Service for America Memorial at the Arlington National Cemetery. Spasic is interested in the manufacturing of artist’s materials, methods of use, evolution in education about artist’s materials, and materiality in the world of art curators and museums. She is the Assistant Head of Faculty at WSS and a member of ASTM International D01.57’s Subcommittee on Artists’ Paints and Related Materials. To learn more about Milena visit, milenaspasic.com.
