We are excited that our organization was selected to receive an AED as part of the 2026 AED Initiative, in collaboration with DC Fire and EMS. 

An Automated External Defibrillator is a portable, life-saving device used to treat sudden cardiac arrest by analyzing heart rhythm and delivering an electric shock to restore a normal heartbeat. Designed for public use by anyone, it provides voice prompts to guide the user, doubling or tripling survival rates when used early.
