Student Notification Process
Prepare a group email list of all classes and advise students that the primary mode of communication is via email. Students will be notified of absences, tardiness or closures via email. If you are unable to notify students in a timely manner, please request that the Administrative Staff handle this.
It is your responsibility to arrange for substitute coverage or to reschedule a make-up class. Substitutes must be current WSS faculty who will be compensated for the hours worked.
Please coordinate with Admin and confirm in writing with both Admin & HoF to make sure space is available and properly reserved for the make-up session.
In the event of unavoidable delayed arrival to class (15 minutes +) immediately notify your students and Administrative Staff. It is your responsibility to make up missed classroom time.
